Ingredients
- 🥔 Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes – peeled and cubed
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 4 tablespoons
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup, warmed
- 🧂 Salt and black pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🥔 Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
