Ingredients
- 🥩 Sirloin steak – cut into 1-inch cubes
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves minced
- 🌶️ Red chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
- 🍋 Olive oil & vinegar – 3 tbsp each
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk together chopped parsley, garlic, chili flakes, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
- 🔪 Pat the steak bites dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat a skillet over high heat with a splash of oil and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes until browned to your liking.
- 🥘 Toss the cooked steak bites directly into the bowl with the chimichurri sauce until well coated.
- ✨ Serve immediately while hot, drizzling any extra sauce over the top.
