Ingredients
- 🥟 Frozen or fresh dumpling wrappers – 20 pieces
- 🧀 Cream cheese – 200g
- 🌶️ Chilli oil – 3 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🟢 Spring onions – 1 stalk thinly sliced
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and place a small dollop into the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 🥟 Seal the edges of the dumplings tightly with a little water, creating your preferred pleat shape.
- 🥘 Boil a pot of water and cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, about 3-5 minutes.
- 🥣 Whisk the chilli oil, minced garlic, and soy sauce together in a bowl to create your dipping sauce.
- ✨ Toss the cooked dumplings in the sauce, garnish with spring onions, and serve immediately.
