Ingredients
- 🥚 2-3 large eggs
- 🧀 Comté cheese – shredded
- 🥛 Milk or cream – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (chives, parsley) – chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Pour egg mixture into the pan and let it set slightly.
- 🧀 Sprinkle Comté cheese and herbs over half of the omelette.
- ✨ Fold the omelette in half and cook until cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve immediately.
