Ingredients

  • 🥚 2-3 large eggs
  • 🧀 Comté cheese – shredded
  • 🥛 Milk or cream – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (chives, parsley) – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 🔥 Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Pour egg mixture into the pan and let it set slightly.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle Comté cheese and herbs over half of the omelette.
  • ✨ Fold the omelette in half and cook until cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve immediately.
