Ingredients

  • 🍬 Brown sugar – 200g

  • 🌱 Yeast – 25g fresh or 7g dry

Instructions

  • 🌱 Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
  • 🥣 Combine flour, butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to form a dough. Let it rise.
  • 🔥 Press dough into a baking pan. Cover with brown sugar and butter.
  • 🌡️ Bake at 200°C (390°F) until golden brown and bubbly.
