Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – 300g
- 🧈 Butter – 150g
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Milk – 120ml, lukewarm
- 🍬 Brown sugar – 200g
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Yeast – 25g fresh or 7g dry
Instructions
- 🌱 Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
- 🥣 Combine flour, butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to form a dough. Let it rise.
- 🔥 Press dough into a baking pan. Cover with brown sugar and butter.
- 🌡️ Bake at 200°C (390°F) until golden brown and bubbly.
