Ingredients

  • 🥭 Ripe Mango – 1 large, peeled and sliced
  • 🍚 Glutinous Rice – 1 cup, soaked for 4 hours
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – a tiny pinch
  • 🌾 Sesame Seeds – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Steam the soaked glutinous rice for 20 minutes until tender and translucent.
  • 🥥 In a small pan, warm coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.
  • 🥣 Pour half the warm coconut mixture over the cooked rice and let it soak.
  • 🥭 Arrange the fresh mango slices neatly on a plate next to the rice.
  • ✨ Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and garnish with sesame seeds.
