Ingredients

  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🥕 Carrots – sliced
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – diced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – for garnish
  • 💧 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
