Ingredients
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🥕 Carrots – sliced
- 🫑 Bell peppers – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – diced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – for garnish
- 💧 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 🧅 Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- 🥕 Add carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
