Ingredients

  • 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – 1 bunch washed
  • 🍃 Fresh Mint – 1/2 cup leaves
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 1-2 pieces
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥥 Coconut or Peanuts – 2 tablespoons optional

Instructions

  • 🧼 Clean and wash all fresh herbs thoroughly under cold water.
  • 🔪 Roughly chop the herbs, chilies, and any additional nuts.
  • 🥣 Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • 🌪️ Pulse until the mixture reaches a smooth or slightly chunky consistency.
  • ✨ Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste and serve chilled.
