Ingredients
- 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – 1 bunch washed
- 🍃 Fresh Mint – 1/2 cup leaves
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 1-2 pieces
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥥 Coconut or Peanuts – 2 tablespoons optional
Instructions
- 🧼 Clean and wash all fresh herbs thoroughly under cold water.
- 🔪 Roughly chop the herbs, chilies, and any additional nuts.
- 🥣 Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- 🌪️ Pulse until the mixture reaches a smooth or slightly chunky consistency.
- ✨ Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste and serve chilled.
