Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour)
- 🫘 Moong dal (Yellow lentils)
- 🌶️ Hing (Asafoetida)
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste
- 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, chili powder, coriander)
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, oil, and water. Let it rest.
- 🫘 Soak and grind moong dal. Sauté with hing, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
- 🥟 Make small discs from the dough, stuff with the dal mixture, and seal.
- 🔥 Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
- ✨ Serve hot with chutney or aloo sabzi.
