Ingredients

  • 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour)
  • 🫘 Moong dal (Yellow lentils)
  • 🌶️ Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste
  • 🌿 Spices (Turmeric, chili powder, coriander)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, oil, and water. Let it rest.
  • 🫘 Soak and grind moong dal. Sauté with hing, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • 🥟 Make small discs from the dough, stuff with the dal mixture, and seal.
  • 🔥 Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
  • ✨ Serve hot with chutney or aloo sabzi.
