- 🫙 Chole Masala – spice blend
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare the chole: Sauté onions, add chole masala, and boiled chickpeas. Simmer.
- 🥔 Prepare the samosa filling: Mix mashed potatoes with spices and herbs.
