Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab – 1 large, cleaned
- 🌶️ Chili paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, beaten
- 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tbsp (for thickening)
Instructions
- 🦀 Prepare the crab by cleaning and cutting it into manageable pieces.
- 🧅 Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add chili paste and tomato sauce; cook for a few minutes.
- 🥘 Add crab pieces and stir well to coat with the sauce. Add a little water and simmer until the crab is cooked through.
- 🥚 Stir in beaten eggs to thicken the sauce.
- 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with mantou buns or rice.
