Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫙 Sholay Masala – 2 tbsp (or Garam Masala)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and sholay masala, cook until oil separates.
- 🍗 Add chicken pieces, salt and cook until chicken is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
