Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts 🍗 (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 🧄
- 1 tsp turmeric powder 💛
- 1 tsp red chili powder🌶️
- 1/2 tsp garam masala ✨
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 2 tbsp oil 🛢️
- 2 rotis/parathas 🫓
- 1/2 onion 🧅 (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 🌿
- Lemon juice 🍋 (optional)
- Green chutney (optional) 🌿
- Tomato ketchup (optional) 🍅
Instructions
- Marinate chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes. ⏰
- Cook chicken: Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly browned. Shred the chicken with a fork. 🔪
- Warm rotis/parathas: Warm the rotis/parathas on a hot pan or tawa. 🔥
- Assemble roll: Place a roti/paratha on a flat surface. Spread green chutney or tomato ketchup (if using). Add shredded chicken, sliced onions, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze lemon juice (optional). 🍋
- Roll tightly: Roll the roti/paratha tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed. 📌
