Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍶 Dashi Stock – 1 cup
  • 🍄 Shiitake Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 4 small
  • 🌿 Mitsuba or Green Onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk eggs gently with dashi stock, strain mixture.
  • 🍲 Add mushrooms and shrimp to small cups or ramekins.
  • 🍶 Pour egg mixture into cups.
  • ♨️ Steam gently for 15-20 minutes, or until set.
  • 🌿 Garnish with mitsuba or green onions and serve warm. ✨
