Ingredients

- 🍤 Shrimp – 4 small

Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs gently with dashi stock, strain mixture.
- 🍲 Add mushrooms and shrimp to small cups or ramekins.
- 🍶 Pour egg mixture into cups.
