Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat (pork or chicken) – 1 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 30-40 pieces
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten edges of wrapper with water and fold to form desired shape.
- ♨️ Steam dimsums for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
