Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat (pork or chicken) – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 30-40 pieces
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten edges of wrapper with water and fold to form desired shape.
  • ♨️ Steam dimsums for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
