Ingredients
- 💡 Vegetable oil
- 🍜 1 onion, finely chopped
- 🍜 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 🍜 1 pound pork, sliced
- 🍜 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 🍜 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 🌼 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 🌿 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 🏠 1 cup of cooked rice
Instructions
- 💪 Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- 🔪 Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
- 🔩 Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and five-spice powder. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 🍲 Serve over cooked rice.
