Ingredients

  • 💡 Vegetable oil
  • 🍜 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 🍜 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 🍜 1 pound pork, sliced
  • 🍜 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 🍜 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 🌼 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 🏠 1 cup of cooked rice

Instructions

  • 💪 Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • 🔪 Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
  • 🔩 Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and five-spice powder. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • 🍲 Serve over cooked rice.
