Ingredients
- 🦑 Calamari – 1 lb, cleaned and cut into rings
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- olive oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 🦑 Add calamari rings and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn opaque and slightly golden.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the calamari.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
