Ingredients
- 🧀 Cream cheese – 16 oz softened
- 🍫 Semi-sweet chocolate – 4 oz melted
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🥣 Sugar – 3/4 cup
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- 🌾 Flour – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cake tin with parchment paper.
- 🍰 Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then whisk in the eggs.
- 🍫 Fold in the melted chocolate, heavy cream, and flour until the batter is consistent.
- 🔥 Pour into the tin and bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is dark and jiggly.
- ❄️ Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating to set the texture.
