Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
  • 🥄 Masala spices (turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and masala spices, cook until softened.
  • 💧 Add a little water if needed and simmer until the gravy thickens.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
