Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
- 🥄 Masala spices (turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Stir in tomatoes and masala spices, cook until softened.
- 💧 Add a little water if needed and simmer until the gravy thickens.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
