Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍚 Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 4 large
- ⚫ Black Sesame Seeds – ¼ cup, ground
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk, cream, and half the sugar in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and remaining sugar until pale.
- 🌡️ Temper egg mixture with hot milk mixture.
- 🥣 Return to saucepan and cook until slightly thickened.
- ⚫ Stir in ground black sesame seeds, chill, and churn in an ice cream maker. 🧊
