Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧄 Black Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  • 🧅 Sauté onion until softened.
  • 🧄 Add minced black garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
