Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – cubed
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste
- 🌿 Spices (turmeric, chili, garam masala)
- 🫐 Dried Berries (cranberries or barberries)
- 🌱 Fresh Mint – chopped
- 💧 Ghee or Oil
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat ghee/oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🐑 Add mutton and ginger-garlic paste, cook until browned.
- 🍚 Add rice, spices, and water; bring to a boil, then simmer.
- 🫐 Stir in dried berries and mint; cover and cook until rice is done.
- ✨ Let it rest before serving. Garnish with more mint.
