Ingredients

  • 🫐 Dried Berries (cranberries or barberries)
  • 🌱 Fresh Mint – chopped
  • 💧 Ghee or Oil

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat ghee/oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🐑 Add mutton and ginger-garlic paste, cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Add rice, spices, and water; bring to a boil, then simmer.
  • 🫐 Stir in dried berries and mint; cover and cook until rice is done.
  • ✨ Let it rest before serving. Garnish with more mint.
