Ingredients

  • 🥚 4 Large eggs – hard-boiled
  • 🐟 Smoked sprats or anchovies – finely chopped
  • 🥣 Mayonnaise or sour cream – 2 tablespoons
  • 🌿 Fresh dill – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Salt and black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥚 Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • 🥣 Carefully remove the yolks and mash them in a small bowl until smooth.
  • 🐟 Mix the mashed yolks with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped smoked fish.
  • 🥄 Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollows of the egg whites.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh dill and a crack of black pepper before serving cold.
