Ingredients
- 🌾 Bajra Flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix bajra flour, salt, and gradually add water to form a soft dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a griddle or tava over medium heat.
- 🖐️ Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each portion into a roti.
- 🍳 Cook the rotla on the hot griddle until both sides are golden brown. Apply ghee while cooking.
- ♨️ Serve hot with ghee, vegetables, or dal.
