Ingredients

  • 🌾 Bajra Flour – 2 cups
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix bajra flour, salt, and gradually add water to form a soft dough.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a griddle or tava over medium heat.
  • 🖐️ Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each portion into a roti.
  • 🍳 Cook the rotla on the hot griddle until both sides are golden brown. Apply ghee while cooking.
  • ♨️ Serve hot with ghee, vegetables, or dal.
