Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken breast – cooked and shredded
  • 🥑 Avocado – mashed
  • 🧅 Red onion – finely diced
  • 🌶️ Jalapeño – minced (optional)
  • 🍋 Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍞 Bread or tortillas – for serving

Instructions

  • 🐔 Shred cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
  • 🥑 Mash avocado and add to the bowl with the chicken.
  • 🧅 Add diced red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and cilantro.
