Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken breast – cooked and shredded
- 🥑 Avocado – mashed
- 🧅 Red onion – finely diced
- 🌶️ Jalapeño – minced (optional)
- 🍋 Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍞 Bread or tortillas – for serving
Instructions
- 🐔 Shred cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
- 🥑 Mash avocado and add to the bowl with the chicken.
- 🧅 Add diced red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and cilantro.
