Ingredients

  • 🍝 Pasta (Double/Doppio style) – 200g
  • 🐟 Anchovy fillets – 6-8 in oil
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  • 🍳 Heat olive oil in a skillet and gently sauté garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
  • 🐟 Add anchovy fillets to the skillet, stirring until they dissolve into the oil.
  • 🍝 Toss the cooked pasta directly into the pan, adding a splash of pasta water.
  • ✨ Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley, then serve immediately while hot.
