Ingredients
- 🍝 Pasta (Double/Doppio style) – 200g
- 🐟 Anchovy fillets – 6-8 in oil
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 💧 Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
- 🍳 Heat olive oil in a skillet and gently sauté garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
- 🐟 Add anchovy fillets to the skillet, stirring until they dissolve into the oil.
- 🍝 Toss the cooked pasta directly into the pan, adding a splash of pasta water.
- ✨ Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley, then serve immediately while hot.
