Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🌾 Wheat Flour – for puri dough
- 🫘 Gram Flour (Besan) – for aloo mixture
- 🌶️ Spices – turmeric, chili powder, coriander
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 💧 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare aloo mixture with mashed potatoes, spices, and gram flour.
- 🌾 Knead a stiff dough with wheat flour.
- ⚪ Roll out small puris from the dough.
- 🔥 Fry puris in hot oil until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🌿 Serve hot aloo puri garnished with fresh coriander.
