Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using) and sauté for a minute.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with turmeric powder and salt.
- 🍳 Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with bread or roti.
