Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine rice flour, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Gradually add water and mix to form a soft dough.
- 🔥 Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat.
- 🖐️ Take a portion of the dough and flatten it on a greased surface or banana leaf into a thin roti.
- 🍳 Carefully transfer the roti to the hot griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides, using oil as needed. Serve hot.
