Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine rice flour, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt in a bowl.
  • 💧 Gradually add water and mix to form a soft dough.
  • 🔥 Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat.
  • 🖐️ Take a portion of the dough and flatten it on a greased surface or banana leaf into a thin roti.
  • 🍳 Carefully transfer the roti to the hot griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides, using oil as needed. Serve hot.
