  • 🍣 Sushi-grade tuna or salmon – cubed
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🌱 Edamame – shelled
  • 🥕 Carrots – shredded
  • 🥬 Seaweed – nori strips
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍚 Place rice in a bowl as a base.
  • 🍣 Arrange tuna/salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and carrots attractively on top of the rice.
  • 🥬 Garnish with seaweed strips.
  • 🍶 Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side.
