- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🍣 Sushi-grade tuna or salmon – cubed
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🌱 Edamame – shelled
- 🥕 Carrots – shredded
- 🥬 Seaweed – nori strips
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Place rice in a bowl as a base.
- 🍣 Arrange tuna/salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and carrots attractively on top of the rice.
- 🥬 Garnish with seaweed strips.
- 🍶 Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side.
