Ingredients

  • 🍝 Agnolotti pasta – 8 oz
  • 🥬 Spinach – 5 oz fresh
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup grated
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍝 Cook agnolotti according to package directions.
  • 🧅 Sauté onion and 🧄 garlic in 🧈 butter until softened.
  • 🥬 Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • 🥛 Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • 🧀 Stir in parmesan cheese and cooked agnolotti; serve immediately.
