Ingredients
- 🍝 Agnolotti pasta – 8 oz
- 🥬 Spinach – 5 oz fresh
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 cup
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook agnolotti according to package directions.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and 🧄 garlic in 🧈 butter until softened.
- 🥬 Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- 🥛 Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 🧀 Stir in parmesan cheese and cooked agnolotti; serve immediately.
