Ingredients

  • 🍞 Sliced bread – 2 slices
  • 🥩 A5 Wagyu steak – thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Lettuce – 2 leaves
  • 🍅 Tomato – 2 slices
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🧈 Butter – for spreading

Instructions

  • 🧈 Butter both slices of bread.
  • 🥩 Lightly sear A5 Wagyu slices to your liking.
  • 🥬 Place lettuce and tomato on one slice of bread.
  • 🥩 Arrange Wagyu slices on top of the vegetables.
  • 🍞 Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately. Optionally, brush the wagyu with a little soy sauce.
