Ingredients

  • 🥩 A5 Wagyu steak – 6-8 oz
  • 🧂 Sea salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
  • 🧄 Garlic clove – 1, optional
  • 🌿 Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig, optional

Instructions

  • 🥩 Bring Wagyu to room temperature.
  • 🔥 Heat a skillet or grill pan on high heat.
  • 🧂 Season Wagyu generously with salt and pepper.
  • ♨️ Sear for 1-2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • 🔪 Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
