Ingredients

- 🍚 Rice wine – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🌿 Ginger – sliced, to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – minced, to taste
- 🧅 Scallions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot or wok over medium-high heat.
- 🍗 Brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
- 🍶 Add soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar to the pot.
- 🌿 Add ginger and garlic, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cover.
