Ingredients

  • Cooked Sushi Rice
  • Fresh Tuna (Sashimi Grade)
  • Fresh Salmon (Sashimi Grade)
  • Sea Urchin (Uni)
  • Ikura (Salmon Roe)
  • Scallops (Sashimi Grade)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Mirin
  • Wasabi
  • Nori Seaweed
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce 🍶 and mirin. Mix well.
  • 2. Slice the fish: Carefully slice the tuna 🐟, salmon 🍣, and scallops into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  • 3. Prepare the rice: Divide the cooked sushi rice 🍚 between two bowls.
  • 4. Arrange the toppings: Neatly arrange the sliced tuna, salmon, scallops, sea urchin 🧡, and ikura on top of the rice.
  • 5. Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds 🌱 and chopped green onions 🧅 over the toppings.
  • 6. Add Nori: Cut nori seaweed into thin strips and place around the rice.
  • 7. Serve: Serve immediately with a side of wasabi 💚 and the soy sauce mixture. Enjoy! 🎉
