- Ikura (Salmon Roe)
- Scallops (Sashimi Grade)
- Soy Sauce
- Mirin
- Wasabi
- Nori Seaweed
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onions
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce 🍶 and mirin. Mix well.
- 2. Slice the fish: Carefully slice the tuna 🐟, salmon 🍣, and scallops into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Prepare the rice: Divide the cooked sushi rice 🍚 between two bowls.
- 4. Arrange the toppings: Neatly arrange the sliced tuna, salmon, scallops, sea urchin 🧡, and ikura on top of the rice.
- 5. Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds 🌱 and chopped green onions 🧅 over the toppings.
