Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🥩 Ground pork – 1/2 cup
- 🥬 Bok choy – 2 cups, chopped
- 🍥 Fish cake – sliced
- 🌶️ Chili oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍊 Yuzu zest – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥚 Egg – 2 boiled, halved
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry ground pork with chili oil until cooked.
- 🥣 Prepare broth with soy sauce and yuzu zest.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
- 🥬 Blanch bok choy until tender.
- 🍜 Assemble noodles, broth, pork, bok choy, fish cake, and egg in bowls. Serve hot.
