Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍚 Sugar – 100g
- 🍋 Yuzu zest – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Yuzu juice – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Flour – 120g
- 🧈 Melted butter – 100g
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- 🍋 Add yuzu zest, yuzu juice, and honey; mix well.
- 🫘 Gently fold in flour and melted butter until just combined.
- ❄️ Chill batter for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven and bake in madeleine pan until golden brown.
