Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍚 Sugar – 100g
  • 🍋 Yuzu zest – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Yuzu juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Flour – 120g
  • 🧈 Melted butter – 100g
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  • 🍋 Add yuzu zest, yuzu juice, and honey; mix well.
  • 🫘 Gently fold in flour and melted butter until just combined.
  • ❄️ Chill batter for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven and bake in madeleine pan until golden brown.
