Ingredients

  • 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 8 oz

  • 🍾 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare the yakiniku sauce by mixing soy sauce, grated apple, minced garlic, and mirin.
  • 🥩 Marinate the thinly sliced beef in the yakiniku sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🥓 Grill the marinated beef slices until cooked through and slightly browned.
