Ingredients
- 🍣 Salmon fillets – 2 (6 oz each)
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 sliced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, thyme) – 2 sprigs
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare wood-fired grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- 🐟 Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
- 🍋 Place lemon slices and herbs on top of the salmon.
- ♨️ Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
