Ingredients

  • 🍣 Salmon fillets – 2 (6 oz each)
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 sliced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, thyme) – 2 sprigs
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare wood-fired grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • 🐟 Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
  • 🍋 Place lemon slices and herbs on top of the salmon.
  • ♨️ Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately and enjoy!
