Ingredients

  • 🐟 Whole Fish – cleaned and scaled
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • 🌿 Herbs – (rosemary, thyme)
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🫒 Olive Oil
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare the fish by making slits on both sides.
  • 🥣 Mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 🐟 Rub the mixture inside and outside the fish, including the slits.
  • 🍋 Stuff lemon slices and extra herbs inside the fish cavity.
  • 🔥 Grill the fish over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
