Ingredients
- 🐟 Whole Fish – cleaned and scaled
- 🍋 Lemon – sliced
- 🌿 Herbs – (rosemary, thyme)
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫒 Olive Oil
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the fish by making slits on both sides.
- 🥣 Mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 🐟 Rub the mixture inside and outside the fish, including the slits.
- 🍋 Stuff lemon slices and extra herbs inside the fish cavity.
- 🔥 Grill the fish over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
