Ingredients
- 🐟 Whole Fish – cleaned and scaled
- 🍋 Lemon – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, smashed
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – parsley or dill
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Sea Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Score the skin of the fish lightly with a knife to help it cook evenly.
- 🍋 Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, garlic, and fresh herbs for aromatics.
- 🫒 Rub the outside of the fish with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Grill or roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until the flesh flakes easily.
- ✨ Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
