Ingredients
- 🌱 Warabi starch – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Kinako (roasted soybean flour) – for dusting
- 🍯 Kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup) – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 In a pot, mix warabi starch, sugar, and water until dissolved.
- 🔥 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until translucent and thick.
- 🧊 Pour into a pan and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- 🔪 Cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with kinako.
- 🍯 Serve with kuromitsu for a sweet finish.
