Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu beef – thinly sliced
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Green onions – chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry onions and mushrooms until softened.
- 🥩 Add wagyu beef and cook until browned.
- 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 🍚 Serve over rice in bowls.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions.
