Wagyu Beef Ramen

Ingredients
- 🍜 200g Wagyu beef slices
- 🥬 1/2 head of bok choy, chopped
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 🍄 50g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 🌶 1 tbsp chili oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🍜 2 servings of ramen noodles
- 🥣 4 cups of beef broth
Instructions
- 🔥 Bring the beef broth to a boil in a large pot.
- 🍄 Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened, then slice them.
- 🍜 Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
- 🥩 Sear the Wagyu beef slices in a hot pan with a little oil until browned on both sides.
- 🥬 Blanch the bok choy in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
- 🥚 Prepare soft-boiled eggs by boiling them for 6 minutes, then cooling in cold water.
- 🍋 Stir in the garlic, chili oil, and lemon juice into the broth.
- 🍲 Assemble the ramen bowls with cooked noodles, beef slices, bok choy, mushrooms, and soft-boiled eggs.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
