Wagyu Beef Ramen

Ingredients

  • 🍜 200g Wagyu beef slices
  • 🥬 1/2 head of bok choy, chopped
  • 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 🍄 50g dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 🌶 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🍜 2 servings of ramen noodles
  • 🥣 4 cups of beef broth

Instructions

  • 🔥 Bring the beef broth to a boil in a large pot.
  • 🍄 Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened, then slice them.
  • 🍜 Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  • 🥩 Sear the Wagyu beef slices in a hot pan with a little oil until browned on both sides.
  • 🥬 Blanch the bok choy in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
  • 🥚 Prepare soft-boiled eggs by boiling them for 6 minutes, then cooling in cold water.
  • 🍋 Stir in the garlic, chili oil, and lemon juice into the broth.
  • 🍲 Assemble the ramen bowls with cooked noodles, beef slices, bok choy, mushrooms, and soft-boiled eggs.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
