Ingredients

  • 🦪 Fresh clams – 1 kg
  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil.
  • 🍷 Add white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  • 🦪 Add clams, cover, and cook until they open.
  • 🍝 Toss with cooked spaghetti, parsley, and serve immediately.
  • ✨ Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with extra parsley.
