Ingredients
- 🦪 Fresh clams – 1 kg
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🍷 White wine – 1/2 cup
- 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil.
- 🍷 Add white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- 🦪 Add clams, cover, and cook until they open.
- 🍝 Toss with cooked spaghetti, parsley, and serve immediately.
- ✨ Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with extra parsley.
