Ingredients

  • 🍚 Broken rice – 1 cup
  • 🥩 Pork chops – 2
  • 🥚 Fried egg – 2
  • 🥒 Pickled vegetables (carrots, daikon)
  • 🐟 Fish sauce (nuoc cham)
  • 🧅 Scallions – chopped
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook the broken rice according to package directions.
  • 🥩 Marinate and grill or pan-fry the pork chops until cooked through.
  • 🍳 Fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • 🥣 Prepare the fish sauce dipping sauce.
  • 🍽️ Assemble the dish with rice, pork chop, fried egg, pickled vegetables, and scallions. Serve with fish sauce.
