- 🥭 Mango – diced
- 🥬 Seaweed – nori sheets
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping
- 🌶️ Wasabi – optional
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🌱 Slice tofu and marinate (optional). Grill or pan-fry until golden.
- 🥬 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of rice.
- 🥒 Arrange tofu, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and mango on the rice.
