Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi rice – cooked
  • 🌱 Tofu – firm, pressed
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – julienned
  • 🥭 Mango – diced
  • 🥬 Seaweed – nori sheets
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for dipping
  • 🌶️ Wasabi – optional

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  • 🌱 Slice tofu and marinate (optional). Grill or pan-fry until golden.
  • 🥬 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of rice.
  • 🥒 Arrange tofu, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and mango on the rice.
  • 🍣 Roll tightly using the mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
