Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread – 2 slices
  • 🥑 Avocado – mashed
  • 🌱 Sprouts – handful
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 slice
  • 🥬 Lettuce – 1 leaf
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Vegan mayo - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍞 Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • 🥑 Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
  • 🥬 Layer lettuce, tomato, and onion on top of the avocado.
  • 🌱 Add sprouts for extra crunch and nutrients.
  • 🌶️ Spread vegan mayo on the other slice of bread and place on top to form a sandwich. Serve immediately.
