Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread – 2 slices
- 🥑 Avocado – mashed
- 🌱 Sprouts – handful
- 🍅 Tomato – 1 slice
- 🥬 Lettuce – 1 leaf
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Vegan mayo - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍞 Toast bread slices until golden brown.
- 🥑 Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
- 🥬 Layer lettuce, tomato, and onion on top of the avocado.
- 🌱 Add sprouts for extra crunch and nutrients.
- 🌶️ Spread vegan mayo on the other slice of bread and place on top to form a sandwich. Serve immediately.
