Veg Steamed Momos

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour 🍚
- 1 cup Finely chopped cabbage 🥬
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped carrots 🥕
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions 🧅
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped bell peppers 🫑
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste 🧄
- 1-2 Green chilies, finely chopped 🌶️
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce 🍶
- 1 tsp Vinegar 🧪
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder ⚫
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 2 tbsp Oil 🛢️
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover and rest for 30 mins. ⏳
- 2. In a pan, heat oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté. Add onions and sauté until translucent. 🔥
- 3. Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green chilies. Sauté for 2-3 mins. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Cook until vegetables are slightly softened. Let it cool. ❄️
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of vegetable filling in the center. 🥄
- 5. Bring the edges together to form momos in desired shape.🥟
- 6. Grease a steamer. Place the momos in the steamer, leaving some space between them. Steam for 12-15 mins, or until cooked through. ♨️
- 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. 🌶️😋
