Ingredients
- 🥔 Potato – boiled and mashed
- 🫓 Besan (gram flour) – for batter
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🍔 Pao (bread rolls)
- 🫙 Green chutney
- 🫘 Sweet chutney
- 🌶️ Dry garlic chutney
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare potato mixture with spices, chilies, garlic, and coriander.
- 🥣 Make a batter using besan, spices and water. Dip potato balls into the batter.
- 🔥 Deep fry the potato balls (vadas) until golden brown.
- 🍔 Slit the pao and spread green chutney, sweet chutney and garlic chutney.
- ✨ Place the vada between the pao and serve hot.
